Once someone decides to do the RB they can't change their minds. I'm sorry Luke is having issues, but I also don't think it'd be fair to the other teams that anytime he struggles she can jump in. I'd be having just as much trouble trying to figure it out.

I guess the one who knew Lenin was "a bad guy who led the country" also knew Chekhov was "some Russian guy". Really, you don't have to know more than that.

As a letter scramble, there actually aren't THAT many valid ways to assemble those letters. "C and H" are almost always together, usually at either the beginning or end of a word. "V" is REALLY rare at the end of a word though, at least in English. In Russian though, providing you know at least a tiny bit, it's VERY common (almost the default its so common) at the end of a name, preceded by an "O", and sometimes followed by an "a".

i know who lenin was ... kinda.
i admit it, i didn't pay attention in history. i know he was a ruler way back when.

as for the author, i didn't read any of the books we were required to read in english. i hated literature. i willingly took F's on those book reports instead of reading something that bored me to tears.

Random thoughts as the show happened:

Wow the team positions have been really fluctuating this season... this episode it's pretty apparent too.

Okay. To be honest, not many people actually read Anton Chekhov. He's more like the guy high school teachers tell you to read, but you read the Cliffs notes instead.

I graduated high school recently, but we never read him... but I did take a whole year of holocaust literature, so maybe that doesn't count.
