totally unfair that they were elim'd simply because of the u turn. what exactly is the point of that? i'd rather see teams eliminated because of how they race, not because of a silly twist penalty.

Exactly why I hate those twists. I was no fan of Jason/Lorena but I do feel for them that they went out because of that.

To Be Continued-meaning they just cut the race off, no elimination, and pick it up where it left off the following week.

Ah, got yah!! I forgot they mentioned that too in the beginning of the race. I kinda liked watching the people saved have to scrounge and make ends meet to keep going.

No cup, but the boys that win still remember playing hockey on frozen backyards in Flin Flon....

Not a bad episode, but I am still undecided about the u-turn thing. It is just a variation of the yield, but at least they are not standing around doing nothing.

The first seven teams were within half an hour of each other. Lorena and Jason were an 1.5hr behind all 7 teams. There were going to have a hard time catching up to the rest of the teams especially with all the taxi driving they were doing and none of the other teams made any mistakes. I think they would have been eliminated anyway.

Lor was a paragon of placidity tonight compared to the last episode. still, I'm not sorry to see them go, beyond her hilarious meltdown they're a very boring team. and, all that mushy love stuff at the end..
