Definitely looks like it. I thought there was another shot last night that showed it better, because it made me sit up and look twice. I'll have to watch the preview again on the tivo.

the one team wasting time looking for equipment needed is probably the hippies since they got theirs taking away from the NEL's. -I don't know if they will win- tyler kept saying that they've made a huge mistake in the previews so I don' know- I am thinking its anyone's game to win I like this F3

Usually the equipment they need is provided to them, they just have to follow the clues to find it. It's probably ice picks or something. Teams saying they made a huge mistake is nothing- they all say it during the race at some point, and it usually means nothing.

To me, that shot of Phil in a snowy location at the very end actually looked like it was the finish line, not an intermediate pit stop.

It looked like the finish line to me as well, however, would it even be cost effective to have everyone go to such a snowy and cold location (presumably outside of the US) and wait for what could be hours, just to have everyone at the finish line?

At first I thought it was the finish line too, however, they generally do not show clips from the second hour of the finale (as I recall from past seasons). I would assume all the clips shown are from the first hour. And yeah, there isn't a crowd of other teams lined up around Phil - just him and the greeter, I think. I'll have to rewatch the preview to make sure.

We have the ride that looks like a swinging roulette wheel at Paramount's King's Island in Ohio. It is called Delirium. So maybe they are at a Paramount park in Japan?
