i maybe in the minority here but i just dont want the frats to win....i will take anybody...even the ever happy mojo...hee hee
I don't know why, but this season has been one of the first that I don't have a "favorite team" that I want to win. Early on, I was going to pull for Ray & Yolanda, but they just don't show ANY sense of urgency at all, unless they KNOW they're going to be last unless they hurry. MoJo are annoying. Fratboys are doing well, but they ruined it for me quickly in the first few episodes. I guess it's down to the hippies for me, but I don't think they're taking the race seriously enough. It's one thing to have fun, it's completely another thing when it costs you valuable time, especially at this stage.
They serenaded the newest champs in this city of champs, and taunted Kobe Bryant and his Lakers, who drowned in a green-and-white wave for 48 minutes.
Yeah, early on I was favoring the hippies & nerds. Now it's really a toss up in my mind who wins.
I wonder if it's gonna be a run away where one team just takes off and leaves the other teams on different continents and the winners race to the finish by themselves?Frat boys seem capable of doing that!
Same here. I thought anything would be an improvement over the family edition, but at least there I was actually rooting for someone. I'm rooting more for Ray/Yolanda to just beat the other three teams over rooting for them because I care or want to see them win. In another season, I'd probably be like "who?" whenever there name got brought upThis season has had probably my favorite locations of any TAR season, but definitely one of my least favorite casts.
Now that the lightening rod, Lake, is gone, I wouldn't be disappointed if any of the remaining teams leaped on the Finish Mat first. This season each of the teams has had interesting personalities and dynamics (even Lake). They've taken all the Race character stereotypes up a notch so that these are people I would like to meet. I've enjoyed watching the de-stressed post-show interviews on the Finish Line at cbs online.
As far as the 5-3 show goes, I can't wait to see Monica's reaction to the alligator pond. Blow those digereedoos (sp) mates!
