TAR4 Premiere Date - Pushed Back?

Why do they want to delay the broadcast of AR4?? It's so thrilling to watch. They'll just make ardent fans waiting, in dissappoinment. I'll just hope it will air soon enough.

Anyways, yes AXN is re-airing every 2 hours AR3 on Tuesdays, that'll take about 6 to 7 weeks. However, there's nothing wrong airing both AR3 and 4 together. Well, i'll just have to wait, anticipating.........

I've heard rumors of a March 12 start date. Any confirmation of this?

There is nothing official from CBS confirming this.

However, there is a conference call on Monday at noon Eastern, where Les Moonves will talk about the upcoming schedule for the season. I'm planning to attend, and if he says anything I'll post it here.

I really hope we can watch TAR4 in next season. I don't want to say, but maybe it is the last season.

I don't see any news about application of TAR5.
In CBS shop, there are not many TAR products for us to buy. Moreover, they still haven't updated the two illustrations (by Sylvia) of Teri/Ian and Ken/Gerard in the webiste.

They won't accept applications for TAR5 until at least TAR4 has started airing. So, that doesn't say anything bad about TAR5 yet.

TAR4 will definitely air. It's just not on the schedule yet.

Sorry, I don't mean to say something bad about the program. I loved it since TAR1.
My problem is, if they feel confident about TAR4, why push it back? Do they wait for a suitable time slot or they are editing another contestant to be a talking point?

I love it too, tokimeki! I wish they wouldn't have delayed it.

The reason they pushed it back is because Star Search was a surprise hit. They wanted to run more of that, and so TAR4 had to be pushed back to accomodate it.

Also, I think they got started late taping it, for some reason.

I'm wondering if the delay has something to do with CBS suspecting that the Gulf War II will begin soon, that ever spareable time slot will need be devoted to speciality news time?

It could also be that they think a show like TAR might not get a favorable reception in a wartime environment. Didn't the first season have all sorts of schedule problems because of September 11?
