It's okay to say you have a fear of heights during your bio interviews, but don't actually have one.
Any physical training you do won't go to waste.
Search around on the internet and find disposable underwear that packs lite.![]()

Read a map I definitely agreeSome legs are really just purely based on how you can read a map/drive. Like the leg from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan
where Millie and Chuck got eliminated.
Train yourself to sleep for a specific amount of time, and wake up with no alarm
ugh. I don't get time to watch TV anymore, much less hang out at the FORT.

Walk, don't run.
Let your partner do the hard stuff.
Buy lots of Doritos with the funds you get at the start of the legs.
Sleep in at the pitstops, you'll bunch up anyway.
Conserve energy as much as possible.
Don't just threaten to let air out of other competitor's tires, DO IT!
I was thinking of advice for contestants who wanted to do well in the race.
Based on his team's previous track record, I wouldn't think advice from TAR4ATCSteve would be very useful.
