It's okay to say you have a fear of heights during your bio interviews, but don't actually have one.
Any physical training you do won't go to waste.
Search around on the internet and find disposable underwear that packs lite. :up
1)Learn to read a map.
2) make sure at least one of you has a cast- iron stomach
Read a map I definitely agree :nod Some legs are really just purely based on how you can read a map/drive. Like the leg from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan :) where Millie and Chuck got eliminated.
Train yourself to sleep for a specific amount of time, and wake up with no alarm
- Learn how to drive a stick shift
- Learn how to read maps and a compass/GPS
- Never give up, NEVER! :)
Walk, don't run.
Let your partner do the hard stuff.
Buy lots of Doritos with the funds you get at the start of the legs.
Sleep in at the pitstops, you'll bunch up anyway.
Conserve energy as much as possible.
Don't just threaten to let air out of other competitor's tires, DO IT!
