    Visas

    If players don't know where they are going, how do they obtain the visas required by certain contries?

    Easy: the producers DO know where the racers are going, and have handled everything in advance.

    What I'd guess is that the passports also have visas for countries they are not going to visit.

    And some countries do not require visas for Americans, such as Canada.
